Our Philosophy

We are proud of our diverse student, staff, and teacher population. We educate English Language Learners and students with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) by providing an inclusive environment with tailored support and resources. Our dedicated team works closely with students and families to ensure each scholar has the tools to thrive academically and socially, fostering confidence and growth in their journey.

Our Approach

There’s M.E.R.I.T. to the way we prepare our students to be global leaders. Because our rapidly changing world demands it—and because we know every student who walks the halls of Paul is capable of it—we teach each of them how to be Motivated, Educated, Responsible and Independent Thinkers.

We’re a college preparatory school. But we know that excellence isn’t contained by a classroom.

Excellence is measured by character and reflected in community. It’s defined by preparation and persistence. And it reveals itself most clearly when our students find the courage to imagine the world beyond any perceived limitations.

So, our concept of a “campus” is expansive. It extends to support students and families in their homes. It equips them to be focused and effective in a hybrid world. It instills a tireless commitment to restorative justice. It unleashes passion for the arts, fuels the competitive drive of athletes, and nurtures sensitivity to the nuances of culture.

Yes, at Paul, becoming college ready is a non-negotiable. It’s also the baseline of what our students can expect from themselves—because we know that extraordinary futures are as diverse as those who pursue them.

Our People

Our expectations are set remarkably high for our students. They are set even higher for our educators.

You can’t lead to somewhere you haven’t been and you can’t give something you don’t have. The leadership of our team is what enables us to offer the distinctive educational experience that sets Paul apart. The faculty at Paul are C.H.A.M.P.s who embody the values of Courage, Humanity, Achievement, Modeling, and Planning.
