New Families

Congratulations and Welcome to Paul PCS!  When you match with Paul PCS, you will receive a detailed letter outlining your next steps.  To enroll you must:

• Complete the online registration form using the unique Snapcode
• Schedule a virtual appointment to submit your proof of residency and complete the DC Residency Verification (DCRV) form.

Please review this chart to ensure you have all the required documentation to complete enrollment at your appointment. Your child’s seat is not secure until all of the check-marked documents have been received by the enrollment team.

You may also schedule an in-person appointment for assistance enrolling and delivering documents.

The deadline to complete enrollment is Thursday, May 1st, 2025. After that date, seat offers will be declined and we will move on to the next scholars on the waiting list, so be sure to get your enrollment done early!

Returning Families

Welcome back to Paul PCS!  This year there are a couple of new steps for completing your child’s re-enrollment, so please review this chart closely to ensure you have all of the required documentation.  To re-enroll you must:

Log in to your Parent Portal account to complete all sections on the online registration.

Schedule a virtual appointment to submit your proof of residency and complete the DC Residency Verification (DCRV) form.

You may also schedule an in-person appointment for assistance enrolling and delivering documents.
